Text messages are sent by Sixty, operated by Jacob Freitas, either on our own behalf or on behalf of a business you contacted. Every message identifies the business it is coming from.
You receive text messages from us only if you have given express written consent. You give that consent in one of two ways:
By form. You enter your mobile number on a web form and check a consent box that is unchecked by default. The box states that you agree to receive text messages about your inquiry and appointment scheduling, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out.
By contacting us first. You call or text a phone number we operate. If your call is not answered, you may receive one text message responding to your inquiry, identifying the business, and telling you how to opt out.
We never send messages to purchased lists, rented lists, or contacts who have not taken one of the actions above.
Replies to your inquiry, answers to questions you ask, appointment scheduling and confirmations, and appointment reminders before a booked visit.
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any appointments you book.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages. Your mobile carrier may.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one confirmation message and then no further messages. You can start again at any time by replying START or by submitting a new form.
Reply HELP to any message, or email jacob@sixtyhq.com, or call (949) 570-4524.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.
We send messages between 8am and 9pm in your local time zone. Messages triggered by an action you take, such as submitting a form, may be sent immediately.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
