What's included
We run the ads and
everything after the click.
The ad is the easy part. Most of the work is what happens in the ninety seconds after someone clicks, and that is what we are set up for. Your ad money stays in your account and everything we build for you is yours.
Part one
We run your ads
01 / 06
Part one06 items
- Campaigns built and managed inside your own ad accounts, on your own card. You can pause any of them any day without asking us.
- Facebook and Instagram first, because people find a business there before they know they want it. Google search second, once Meta is giving us a cost per lead we can read, starting with your own name and the searches people type when they already know what they want. ChatGPT ads third, as a small test in your own account, for the people who ask a chatbot what something costs before they ever search. Each channel starts when the one before it has a number; we never split a small budget three ways on day one.
- Before we write a line, we pull the ads your competitors have been running the longest. Meta's ad library shows how long an ad has been live, and one that has run for months is usually paying for itself. We start from those.
- We write the ads, the headlines, and the offer. You approve the offer before it runs.
- New creative every two to four weeks. Ads stop working once the same people have seen them a few times.
- If you want video, we send you a shot list and you film it on your phone at work. On Meta, a 20-second clip of the person who does the work tends to beat a produced ad, so we are not asking you to settle.
Part two
A text back inside a minute
02 / 06
Part two05 items
- Someone fills out your form. Under a minute later they have a text from your business, whether it is Tuesday at 10am or Saturday at 11pm.
- It asks what they are after and answers the questions you have given us answers to. It does not make anything up. If you have not answered it, it hands over.
- It offers two times from your calendar and books the one they pick.
- It sends a reminder the day before and another two hours out. That is the cheapest thing we know of that cuts no-shows.
- Price haggling, anything that needs your expertise, and anyone who is upset go straight to a person. The system stops and says so.
Why we care about the minute
A lead who fills out your form at 8pm has probably filled out someone else's too. Whoever texts back first tends to get the booking. Ads pay for leads that then sit in an inbox until the next afternoon, and by then the person has booked somewhere else.
Part three
The funnel and the compliance behind it
03 / 06
Part three03 items
- The form your leads fill out. Short, with the consent line worded so we are allowed to text them.
- A business texting number registered with the carriers in your name. Skip this and the carriers quietly drop your messages. We went through the registration for our own number first, so we know what they ask for.
- Reminders stay inside daytime hours, and STOP ends everything, on any message, the moment they send it.
Part four
Receipts on all of it
04 / 06
Part four06 items
- Each lead, with the second it arrived.
- Each message we sent and what came back.
- Each booking, and whether they walked in.
- Which replies were automatic and which ones a person wrote. We do not blur that line.
- What broke, when, and when it was fixed.
- The number we agreed to hit before launch, next to what actually happened. Including the months we miss.
Why the list
Any agency can tell you it is working. This list lets you check, one lead at a time, and it is the part we would keep if we had to cut everything else.
From you
