This policy explains what information Sixty ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Sixty is operated by Jacob Freitas. You can reach us at jacob@sixtyhq.com.
When you submit a form on our website, or on a website we operate on behalf of a client, we collect the information you provide. This is typically your name, mobile phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about what you are looking for. If you call or text a phone number we operate, we collect your phone number and the contents of that conversation.
We do not collect medical records, treatment history, diagnostic information, or photographs. If you send us information of that kind, we will not store it and we will ask you to contact the business directly.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, answer your questions, schedule an appointment for you, send you appointment reminders, and keep a record of those actions for the business you contacted. If you submitted a form belonging to one of our clients, we share your information with that client, because they are the business you are trying to reach.
We send text messages only to people who have given express written consent by checking an unchecked consent box on a form, or by contacting us first. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
We share your information with the business you contacted, and with the service providers that make our system work, including our messaging provider, our scheduling provider, and our data storage provider. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
We may disclose information if we are required to by law, or to protect our legal rights.
We keep records of leads and messages for as long as we work with the business you contacted, plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing jacob@sixtyhq.com.
You can stop text messages by replying STOP. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing jacob@sixtyhq.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Our website may use basic analytics to understand how many people visit. Websites we operate for clients may use advertising pixels provided by Meta so that our clients can measure their advertising. You can control this through your browser settings and through your ad settings on those platforms.
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
