Every booked appointment,
with receipts.

We run your ads and answer the leads they bring in. A form comes in at 8pm on a Saturday, the lead has a text from your business by 8:01, and if they want to come in they are on your calendar before they put the phone down. A form that comes in at midnight gets its text at 8am, and both show up in the log. Afterwards you get the log, line by line, with the parts that went wrong left in.

Sample run. The timing is the low end of what we measured on Sep 2, 2026: 6 to 11 seconds from form to text, with the lead written to the log before the text goes out.

How it works

The ad, the text, and
the record of both.

1

We run the ads

Facebook and Instagram first, because that is where people find a business they were not looking for yet. Google search second, for the ones typing your name or your service into a phone. ChatGPT ads third, as a small test, for the ones asking a chatbot before they search. Each one starts when the one before it is producing a cost per lead we can read, and all of them run inside your own ad accounts on your own card, so if you ever want to stop, you pause it yourself and we find out afterwards.

2

The lead hears back in under a minute

That includes 8pm on a Saturday and the morning of Thanksgiving. The rule is 8am to 9pm in the lead's own time zone, which is also what the phone carriers expect; anything that arrives overnight is answered at 8am. The text asks what they are after, answers the questions you have given us answers for, and offers two times from your calendar. When it is about price, or something only you should answer, or the person is annoyed, the system stops and a human takes over.

3

You see the receipts

You get a list with one row per lead: when they came in, which ad it came from, what we sent and when, whether the carrier confirmed it was delivered, what they replied, whether they booked, whether they walked in. If a message bounced off a carrier and went out late, that row is in there too, because that is the row you would want to know about. And every Monday you get a short text with the week's numbers, so you never have to open the list to know where you stand.

The record

The list you get
every week.

Anything we tell you the system did, you can check against this. The time the lead came in and which channel sent it, the time the text went out and when the carrier delivered it, what they wrote back, the booking, and whether your front desk marked them as showed. The row where a carrier bounced our message and it went out 31 seconds late stays in. So does the month we miss the number.

Who this is for

Any business where someone asks before they buy.

01 / 03

Local businesses where the customer asks a question first and then books a time to come in. If your leads land in a form or an inbox and someone on your team is supposed to get back to them, and it is usually the next morning, this was built for that gap.

How we charge

Your spend, your account, your card.

02 / 03

The ad money is yours and it stays in your account. We do not front it and we cannot spend it without you seeing it. Our fee is a separate line, agreed in writing before launch, on the same page as the number of booked appointments we are aiming for and how we worked that number out. If we miss it, you will read that from us first.

The texting runs on a business number registered with the carriers in your name. Nobody gets a message who did not tick the box on the form, the message says who it is from, and STOP ends it the moment they send it.

Who is behind this

Built and tested on our own number first.

Sixty is Jacob Freitas, in Las Vegas. He built the system on this page himself and runs every change through his own phone before a client's lead ever touches it. The target gets written down before launch, and when a month comes in under it, that goes in the report next to the months that did not.

Try it on your phone

Fill this out and watch your phone.

Put in your own number and time it. The text that comes back is the same one your leads would get, from the same system, at whatever hour you try it.
